Description

You will support key PeopleX initiatives including business support and program delivery, analyze employee feedback and operational data to surface trends, partner with Centers of Excellence to solve people-related problems, and contribute to a strong inclusive employee experience through meaningful programs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in full-time undergraduate or graduate program in Business, HR, Organizational Behavior, or related field
• Preference for related work experience in HR (prior internships, co-op roles)
• Organized and detail-oriented with project coordination skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, thrives in team collaboration
• Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus
