💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team structuring and negotiating channel, reseller, marketplace, and alliance agreements for a leading data cloud company. You'll build scalable contracting processes and serve as strategic advisor to business leaders, impacting global go-to-market strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements (reseller, marketplace, alliance).
  • Build and optimize templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting processes.
  • Manage contractual relationships with global system integrators.
  • Lead and mentor a team of attorneys.

📋 Requirements

  • JD and active bar membership in California.
  • 7+ years of legal experience including law firm and in-house SaaS/tech.
  • Deep experience negotiating channel and alliance agreements.
  • Proven leadership experience managing attorneys.
