💼 About This Role
You'll lead a team structuring and negotiating channel, reseller, marketplace, and alliance agreements for a leading data cloud company. You'll build scalable contracting processes and serve as strategic advisor to business leaders, impacting global go-to-market strategy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Structure, negotiate, and close partnership agreements (reseller, marketplace, alliance).
- Build and optimize templates, playbooks, and scalable contracting processes.
- Manage contractual relationships with global system integrators.
- Lead and mentor a team of attorneys.
📋 Requirements
- JD and active bar membership in California.
- 7+ years of legal experience including law firm and in-house SaaS/tech.
- Deep experience negotiating channel and alliance agreements.
- Proven leadership experience managing attorneys.
