You'll join a dedicated EU-based team supporting an API-driven global promotions platform for a major fast-food chain. You'll ensure smooth delivery of internationally popular promotional games and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and growth. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced support for the promotion platform to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with development to diagnose and resolve application issues.
  • Monitor system performance and perform health checks proactively.
  • Participate in incident response and contribute to root cause analysis.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer, Application Support Specialist, or Software Engineer.
  • Skill with system scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash/Zsh.
  • Understanding of HTTP & REST APIs and testing with curl or Postman.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with AWS services (S3, Elasticache, Cloudfront).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with centralized logging systems like Graylog or Loki.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts.
  • Familiarity with proxy, debugging, and profiling tools.
