💼 About This Role

You'll build production services using Python, FastAPI, and React to power AI-enabled document and contract intelligence for Fortune 500 clients. Your work will directly transform how legal teams handle complex contracting at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop APIs and backend workflows supporting AI document intelligence
• Build React/TypeScript interfaces with polished interaction patterns
• Operate Azure-based environments and instrument production systems
• Move fluidly between infrastructure and product delivery

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years professional software engineering experience
• Strong production experience with Python and FastAPI
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic
• Experience building React and TypeScript applications consuming real backend services

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure services (Blob Storage, Key Vault, managed databases)
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, or LLM orchestration
• Familiarity with Radix UI, shadcn/ui, and Tailwind CSS
