You'll ensure return pickup and recovery service operations comply with SOPs and targets for a logistics team. Your reporting will coordinate stakeholders for deductions and settlements. This role offers onsite work in Shah Alam with direct impact on last-mile operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure return pickup reporting and monitoring comply with SOPs
• Settle FSR cases within timeline per targets
• Provide POD/POP deduction reports and coordinate justifications
• Support station staff and assist superior with tasks

📋 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or related
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Prior working experience is advantageous
