You will lead a team of loan review specialists to ensure high-quality processing of personal, student, and private school loans, while improving processes and fostering team growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years customer service experience at a financial institution
• Exceptional time management and multitasking in fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to react to change quickly and implement new processes
• Available for evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 15+ loan reviewers to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Mentor, coach, and develop review team members in loan processing and member interactions
• Hire, train, and coach new Origination Specialist agents
• Handle escalated customer issues and special member circumstances
• Foster culture of accountability and continuous improvement
