💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Digital Native customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value from OpenAI's suite of AI products. You'll guide their AI strategy, demonstrate solutions, and recommend architectural patterns to kickstart implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience for Digital Native prospects
• Build and present demos, scope use cases, and recommend architecture patterns
• Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for pre-sales process
• Develop customer relationships and relay feedback to internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical pre-sales role selling to technology companies
• Understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for B2B SaaS
• Foundational training in Python or JavaScript
• Experience with Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and network/cloud architecture

• Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships
