💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end production of short drama series using our in-house AI copilot. You'll direct, edit, and finish episodes while collaborating with a team of creators. You'll help shape AI-driven storytelling in a rapidly growing company with 50 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes each)
• Work with AI copilot for character consistency and casting
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode yourself
• Collaborate with content and tech teams on production

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation
• Experience with AI generation tools like Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, etc.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
