You'll serve as the front-line customer-facing role at a construction materials and equipment rental store, providing exceptional service and processing sales orders. You'll help build the future of construction by supporting contractors and driving customer satisfaction. This role offers overtime pay and monthly family dinner nights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customer walk-ins and phone calls
• Process sales orders, quotes, and payments
• Stock, clean, and merchandise store shelves
• Identify and refer leads to outside sales reps

📋 Requirements

• Customer service experience in a retail setting
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 7AM-5PM with on-call duty
• Basic product knowledge and upselling ability

• Experience with BisTrack or similar POS system
• Knowledge of construction materials or hardware
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
