You'll lead support teams to ensure customer-centric interactions, drive performance improvement through data analysis and process design. You will also respond to major incidents within SLA timeframes while coaching the team.

- Partner with Manager to develop and coach support teams
- Ensure escalations occur appropriately and consistently
- Respond to major incidents as Communication Manager
- Audit and maintain integrity of operations-centric data
๐ Requirements
- 2 years of technical support supervisor experience
- 2 years managing a technical team
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Supporting server operating systems (Windows, Linux, IBMi)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS/Azure
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, ScienceLogic)
