You'll lead support teams to ensure customer-centric interactions, drive performance improvement through data analysis and process design. You will also respond to major incidents within SLA timeframes while coaching the team.

  • Ensure escalations occur appropriately and consistently
  • Respond to major incidents as Communication Manager
  • Audit and maintain integrity of operations-centric data

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2 years of technical support supervisor experience
  • 2 years managing a technical team
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Supporting server operating systems (Windows, Linux, IBMi)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud providers like AWS/Azure
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, ScienceLogic)
