You'll lead the team building Vectra's groundbreaking initiative to transform the Security Operations Center using classical AI/ML and Agentic AI. You'll drive rapid iteration with customer feedback and exceed customer expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire a top-class engineering team
• Build team culture valuing rapid iteration with customer feedback
• Identify potential technical risks and determine their validity
• Attract, vet, and hire talent to grow the team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical management experience
• 5+ years professional software development experience
• Knowledge of software design principles and leading development practices
• Experience with real-time processing pipelines (Kafka, Flink, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama) and vector databases
• Experience delivering products via public cloud, preferably AWS
• Experience working in the Cybersecurity industry
