💼 About This Role

You'll build and evolve core product experiences for Collective's member platform, owning features end-to-end from problem definition to deployment. You'll partner with Product and Design to ship fast and iterate based on real customer needs. This role emphasizes using modern AI tools and agent-based workflows to accelerate development and unlock new capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end: define problem, build, deploy, iterate
• Ship user-facing experiences across frontend and backend
• Leverage AI development tools to move faster and reduce overhead
• Make system design decisions balancing speed, scalability, maintainability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production software
• Strong fullstack skills: Python, Django, React or similar
• Track record owning features end-to-end with measurable user impact
• Experience using AI developer tools (copilots, code agents) to ship faster

• Ability to solve ambiguous problems without a fully specced PRD
• Product instinct for scope and UX tradeoffs
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical partners
