Description

You will drive net new logo acquisition for Gruve's AI Security practice in India's enterprise and GCC ecosystem, building pipeline through outbound channels and closing complex deals with C-level stakeholders. You'll sell end-to-end AI cybersecurity services, leveraging market insights and regulatory knowledge to position Gruve's portfolio as a strategic advantage.

Requirements

  • 9–12 years of B2B sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years selling cybersecurity or technology services
  • Proven track record of net new logo acquisition at enterprise scale
  • Strong relationships or proven ability to engage CISOs, CTOs, or VP Security
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6+ months)

Responsibilities

  • Build and own pipeline through outbound channels (cold outreach, networking, events, referrals, partner ecosystem)
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts across India enterprise and GCCs (BFSI, tech, pharma, manufacturing)
  • Own full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure independently
  • Sell AI security services and business outcomes (not products)
  • Develop understanding of India enterprise GCC cybersecurity landscape and regulatory frameworks (DPDP, RBI, SEBI, CERT-In)
