💼 About This Role

You'll join Flash as a Staff Product Designer to lead the strategy and execution of B2B SaaS products for HR and finance. You'll define the vision and roadmap for user experience, driving high-impact solutions that simplify complex processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and disseminate product experience vision aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct structured research to reveal user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate ideas into pixel-perfect concepts and prototypes with high consistency.
• Mentor designers and contribute to design system and team processes.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating impact and results.
• Experience with high-uncertainty projects including 0→1 creation of complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on, autonomous profile with a results-oriented mindset and self-management ability.
• Strong business vision and ability to translate strategy into tactical execution.
