🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business development plans for litigation practices
• Coach attorneys on client development and relationship building
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support lateral attorney onboarding
• Coordinate pitches, proposals, and marketing initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of business development experience in a law firm
• Experience with litigation practices and legal industry
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage relationships
• Strong project management and coaching skills
