You'll act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, driving talent strategy and organizational design across client groups. This is a high-impact role, not a generalist function, with 70-80% focus on client groups and 20-30% on cross-functional projects.

• Partner with senior leaders on org design, headcount, and talent strategy
• Own complex employee relations cases with commercial awareness
• Lead performance calibration, succession planning, and development
• Drive People team initiatives and high-value cross-functional projects

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in a People Business Partner role at global scale
• Deep expertise in employee relations across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven ability to drive talent strategy including performance management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management at senior level
