You'll own reliability for a product team at Drata, a fast-growing trust platform. You'll design automated solutions to keep infrastructure scalable and resilient. Automation is a core value, and you'll build reusable tooling to eliminate manual toil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Production Readiness Reviews before new services launch
• Define SLOs and SLIs for critical services
• Build and maintain Datadog monitors and dashboards via Terraform
• Automate repeated manual work into self-service tooling

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Engineering
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or similar
• Expertise in AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes)
• Previous work on a platform or SRE team in a high-growth environment
