Description

As a CNA/STNA at Otterbein Marblehead, you'll assist residents with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and mobility, under the supervision of a nurse, while promoting their independence and comfort. You'll provide accurate care documentation and coordinate with the care team in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification in Ohio
• Pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents feel comfortable and maintain independence
