You'll lead a team of Account Executives in the Eastern US, driving pipeline growth and winning strategic deals for a construction tech startup. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct 1:1 coaching and ride-alongs with AEs
- Drive pipeline creation across the Eastern region
- Partner on strategic deals with ACVs $50K-$500K+
- Contribute to sales enablement and training programs
- Maintain CRM hygiene and process discipline
๐ Requirements
- ConTech expertise in Construction or AEC vertical
- 5+ years managing team of 5+ AEs in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years at Director level
- Experience running 3-6 month value-based sales cycles
