🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with preparing and administering prescribed medications.
• Observe residents for adverse reactions and report concerns to supervising nurse.
• Take and record vital signs before administering medications that may affect them.
• Document medication administration immediately in resident's record.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Current Medication Aide Certification issued by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Active CMA, CPR, and CNA/STNA certification in Ohio.
• At least 12 months of direct care as a Certified Nursing Assistant desired.
