Responsibilities

• Foster healthy relationships with staff, vendors, and guests with a superior customer service attitude
• Assist in enforcing access control, visitor program, and access card audits
• Conduct thorough package inspections including jackets/coats at exit points
• Monitor surveillance cameras and document unlawful/suspicious activities
• Assist in evicting trespassers and detaining perpetrators following legal protocols
