Requirements

  • 4-5 years experience in desktop/help desk support
  • Familiarity with Windows, Intune, G Suite, Office, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure AD, Office 365, G-Suite, Atlassian)
  • VPN and network connectivity troubleshooting (TCP/IP, OSI Model)
  • Proactive team player, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Complete support and project tickets
  • Manage desktop computers and enforce security policies
  • Manage badge access system, inventory, and printer
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding and laptop delivery
  • Deploy applications via deployment tool
