Description

You will own the developer experience end-to-end for the JetBrains Cloud Platform, optimizing build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and local development workflows to make engineers faster and more productive. You'll define strategy, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive cross-team initiatives to improve developer productivity at scale.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with build systems (Gradle, Maven, or Bazel)
• Strong expertise in CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows
• Holistic understanding of developer productivity
• Ability to drive cross-team initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own and drive developer experience strategy across the JCP platform
• Optimize build systems (Gradle, Nx) for faster builds and caching
• Set up AI development pipelines and manage context/agents/handoffs
• Improve CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub) for reduced build times and reliability
• Improve containerized development workflows (Docker, Dev Containers)
