🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product evolution for mortgage and home equity products
• Ensure regulatory adherence and parameterization of product rules
• Automate operational workflows to reduce manual interventions
• Monitor platform stability, SLA, and key performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• Experience as Product Manager or equivalent in digital products
• Prior work with credit products, preferably mortgage or home equity
• Ability to structure complex problems into clear requirements and user stories
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, risk, legal, compliance)

• Familiarity with mortgage regulation and compliance
• Knowledge of SQL and BI tools for performance analysis
• Experience with legacy system modernization in financial platforms
