Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years experience with knowledge management, content management systems, and collaboration tools.
• 3+ years work experience in operations, health insurance, or data analysis.
• 2+ years experience with end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years experience designing and improving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating, gathering, and analyzing data and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for change management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor team members and promote professional development.
