As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB's most strategic customers, helping them optimize their technology strategy and MongoDB usage. You'll lead executive business reviews, resolve high-stakes issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer growth and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
  • 4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue for Global 2000 accounts
  • Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of customer portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes and practices
  • Fluent German

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Collect customer feedback to inform internal teams on product improvements
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
