Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB's most strategic customers, helping them optimize their technology strategy and MongoDB usage. You'll lead executive business reviews, resolve high-stakes issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
- 4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue for Global 2000 accounts
- Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of customer portfolio
- Entrepreneurial mindset to build new processes and practices
- Fluent German
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Collect customer feedback to inform internal teams on product improvements
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
- Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead in-person executive business reviews for strategic customers
