Description

You will provide technical support to all JetBrains employees, set up and repair computers, maintain IT equipment, and advise on hardware and software issues. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment supporting a global IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Ability to disassemble and repair computers
• Fix OS errors in multiple ways
• Patient and polite communication with users
• Understanding of local networks and internet
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to all JetBrains employees
• Set up new computers and repair/upgrade existing ones
• Advise on hardware and software choices
• Maintain office IT equipment including computers, phones, and video conferencing systems
• Support remote users with solutions
