💼 About This Role

You'll be embedded into business teams to design and ship end-to-end AI workflows using no-code/low-code platforms and LLM tools. Your core impact is systematically rebuilding repeatable workflows across the entire company on an AI-native foundation. This role offers the chance to shape the defining internal initiative at a leading AI-powered social media and CX platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities within business teams
• Design and ship AI workflows using Make and LLM-powered tools
• Engineer prompts as production assets with versioning and regression testing
• Integrate with APIs, CRMs, and internal tools via JSON/webhooks
• Maintain workflows, establish monitoring, and define human escalation paths

📋 Requirements

• Advanced prompt engineering with versioned, regression-tested prompt chains
• Proficient with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier)
• API literacy: read docs, handle OAuth, parse JSON, pagination, rate limits
• Can read, debug, and lightly edit Python and JavaScript code

• Experience with LLM concepts (context windows, tool use, RAG)
• Eval and observability mindset using eval harnesses
