🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping and research
• Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies and relationship building
• Partner with executive recruiters to align on leadership profiles and succession planning
• Track candidate activity using Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms
• Analyze sourcing data to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in executive search
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players
• Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies
• Experience with sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple executive searches
