You'll join Tomorrow.io's Backend Core Team to build scalable backend services and AI-enhanced infrastructure that process vast weather datasets in real-time. Your work will power a resilience platform trusted by top enterprises, leveraging space tech and generative AI. This role stands out for its hands-on, AI-first approach and high-impact, mission-critical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for real-time, high-volume demands.
• Optimize data pipelines and algorithms for low-latency weather processing.
• Lead architectural decisions with direct contributions to microservices and event-driven systems.
• Ensure end-to-end reliability with AI-powered monitoring and chaos engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend experience with hands-on impact on production systems at scale.
• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices, with tools like Kafka or gRPC.
• Proficiency in data-heavy tech (Spark, streaming) and languages (Go/Python/Java).
• Cloud and container skills (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) with AI for automated management.

• BSc/MSc in CS or related field.
