Description
In this leadership role at Cabify, you will combine strategic thinking and hands-on data analysis to drive high-impact insights. You'll manage a team of data scientists, work with product and engineering stakeholders, and own dashboards and KPI strategies to guide business decisions and improve urban mobility.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Analytics or Data Science, including 2+ years as Senior Data Analyst
- 2+ years leading data teams or cross-functional initiatives
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift)
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize projects
- Be a technical reference, leading complex data initiatives and defining data models
- Own and deliver analyses that guide business and product decisions
- Own dashboards and KPI strategy to drive decision-making and consistency
- Mentor data scientists and contribute to a strong data culture
