💼 About This Role

You'll own the product backlog for the Air pod, managing how new carrier, GDS, NDC, and consolidator connectivity options are integrated into TripArc's platform. Your work directly enables travel advisors to access and book air content seamlessly. This role is pivotal in shaping the air travel experience for a leading travel technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct needs assessments with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories
• Evaluate new carrier, GDS, NDC, and consolidator offerings for integration
• Translate air-specific concepts (fare construction, ancillaries, ticketing) into clear requirements
• Create and manage the Product Backlog, including prioritization and grooming
• Write acceptance criteria and user stories with sufficient technical detail

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst role
• Ability to read and interpret REST API documentation
• Backlog management and prioritization skills with Scrum ceremony facilitation
• Experience in travel industry or related platform integration (e-commerce, logistics, fintech)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure using Postman for API testing
• OpenAPI/Swagger knowledge
• Working knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport) or NDC
