Description

As a designer at ROUTE06, you will partner with enterprise clients to drive digital transformation through product design, from research and strategy to UI/UX and growth. You'll also contribute to our internal products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Practical experience in web design and UI design
• Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Sketch)
• Ability to explain design decisions to non-designers
• Experience designing for web and mobile apps
• Experience creating design guidelines and brand design

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and design research to identify client and product challenges
• Create information architecture, customer journey maps, and wireframes
• Design and prototype digital products, including UI design and visual design using typography and logos
• Build and maintain design systems and guidelines
• Propose and drive service growth through iterative design and MVP development
