🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with joint venture partners to obtain property financials
• Review property financials and record fair value adjustments
• Prepare consolidated fund financial statements and footnotes
• Maintain Yardi general ledger and generate investor deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Real estate or financial services experience preferred
• Yardi general ledger experience preferred
