You'll serve as the primary point of contact for store-related technical support, partnering with IT Engineering and Customer Operations to resolve issues. You'll drive root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. π― What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for store technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and automation scripts.
- Manage support tickets using service desk tools.
- Coordinate field dispatches via Field Service Management tools.
π Requirements
- Professional proficiency in both English and French.
- 3+ years of Helpdesk or Technical Support experience.
- Proficient SQL knowledge for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with service desk management and Field Service tools.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Linux+, ITIL Foundation.
- Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and APIs (REST, GraphQL).
