💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end production execution for all 4 Top Level Assembly Lines and 12 feeder lines at Zipline, the world's largest drone delivery service. You will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement while scaling from prototype to full-rate production. This role offers the chance to impact global logistics through revolutionary autonomous systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day production operations across multiple assembly lines
• Manage and mentor production supervisors, leads, and technicians
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and control systems
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of production or operations leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage complex production systems and scale operations
• Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Experience leading teams across multiple shifts or locations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling high-mix, low-volume electro-mechanical assembly
• Familiarity with MES transitions or implementation projects
• Background in UAV or automotive production leadership
