💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center as an Entry-level Cosmetic Inspector, identifying imperfections and prepping vehicles for reconditioning. You'll use state-of-the-art tools and have 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs before and after painting
• Prep, sand, and mask vehicles for cosmetic paintwork
• Operate in a fast-paced production environment
• Follow safety protocols and use protective gear

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Work mandatory overtime as needed
• Pass background check and MVR check
