💼 About This Role

You'll monitor and complete inventory control activities for ShipBob merchants at a partner fulfillment center as the sole ShipBob representative onsite. Your core impact will be resolving merchant concerns and inventory discrepancies within strict SLAs. This role stands out for its direct partnership with fulfillment center leadership and responsibility for scalable operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to management
• Perform physical location checks to reconcile variances
• Resolve merchant inventory requests via ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in 3PL or warehousing
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write)
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision onsite

• Experience using an RF Scanner
• Experience communicating directly with customers or vendors
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
