You'll lead end-to-end project management for complex multi-workstream programs within the Enablement Office. You will keep projects on time, on budget, and on strategy while partnering with cross-functional teams. This client-facing role offers high visibility and the opportunity to shape how the agency delivers bold creative work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complex multi-workstream programs from planning to execution
• Oversee budgets, estimates, and financial tracking across partners
• Coordinate sports partnership activation delivery and event readiness
• Lead a team of project professionals, supporting their growth

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience in an agency or sports environment
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
• Experience with sports partnership activation and venue coordination
• Ability to lead integrated agency teams through fast-paced timelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with rights-fee and talent cost management
• Familiarity with league/team approval processes
• Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum)
