🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor automated systems and conveyors daily to meet performance targets.
• Analyze system performance, diagnose faults, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with facility and maintenance teams on spare parts and SLA compliance.
• Optimize automation processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of automation and robotic systems.
• Technical degree in engineering, automation, or related field.
• Ownership mindset: take full responsibility for assigned technology.
• Data-driven with 50–70% time in analytics and bottleneck identification.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PLC, low-voltage systems, or IT/robotics.
• Warehouse automation project implementation experience.
