💼 About This Role

You'll help top law firms integrate Harvey's AI platform into their daily workflows, driving adoption and maximizing value. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating legal needs into product feedback and supporting customer success and expansion. This role combines legal expertise with customer-facing strategy at a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with legal teams to understand workflows and guide AI adoption.
• Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives on expansion and renewal.
• Identify adoption barriers and develop strategies to overcome them.

📋 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years practicing law at a top-tier (Vault 50) law firm.
• Executive engagement skills and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of legal processes and challenges.
