Description

You will provide mid to long-term legal support for a Fortune 200 client, advising on commercial contracts and technology agreements, with a focus on practical, commercially tailored advice. This role offers a remote work arrangement and a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

• Common law qualified lawyer with 5-15 years PQE
• Experienced in drafting/reviewing a wide spectrum of commercial contracts
• Technology law experience (e.g. IP/IT/TMT/Cloud/SaaS/DP) is advantageous
• Strong command of English, fluent in spoken Mandarin

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
