You'll define and own the multi-year finance transformation roadmap for Oscar Health, leading strategic initiatives that scale with organizational growth. You'll act as a key advisor to the CFO and senior leadership, driving alignment across IT, Operations, and Business Units. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the multi-year Finance Transformation roadmap
• Act as a key advisor to the CFO and senior leadership
• Lead design and implementation of global Target Operating Models
• Oversee organization-wide change management strategies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or business strategy
• 8+ years of experience in project and portfolio management leading finance transformation programs
• 5+ years of experience leading complex financial systems implementations (e.g., Workday Financials)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration

• Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
• Experience in health insurance or highly regulated environment
• Workday Financial training certifications and global multi-entity implementation experience
