You'll lead revenue operations for a publicly-traded autonomous vehicle company, building data-driven growth systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll own funnel design, forecasting, and operational processes that enable predictable revenue scaling. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build top-of-funnel architecture including lead scoring and segmentation
• Institute stage-by-stage analytics and probability-weighted forecasting
• Lead weekly/monthly growth reviews and KPI forums
• Define CRM data schema and drive data hygiene standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or similar GTM analytics role
• Experience with CRM systems and BI tools
• Proven track record improving forecast precision and pipeline velocity
• Ability to communicate data clearly to executives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Robotics, IoT, SaaS
• Strong CRM/analytics stack fluency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.)
• Track record of driving measurable growth through operational excellence
