💼 About This Role

You'll lead global organic discovery strategy for 1Password, spanning SEO, GEO, and AEO. You'll define how the company is discovered across AI-driven and traditional search, directly impacting company growth at scale. This role operates in a high-velocity, cross-functional environment with significant ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead international search strategy across multiple languages and countries.
• Define optimization for generative search experiences and AI summaries.
• Own technical SEO fundamentals across a large global site.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of SEO or organic growth experience at global scale.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading international and multilingual SEO including hreflang.
• Hands-on partnership with Web, Content, PMM, and Engineering teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in security, identity, or developer tools.
• Ownership of SEO strategy for both PLG and SLG funnels.
• Experience influencing roadmap decisions without direct authority.
