You'll lead and grow a team to build scalable data infrastructure that powers business decisions. • Set technical strategy for data ingestion, modeling, and delivery
• Own the team's roadmap balancing long-term investments and stakeholder needs
• Lead and grow the Data Engineering team through hiring and career development
• Design scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for long-term sustainability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data engineering and analytics engineering
• 4+ years managing data teams
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, dbt, AWS services, and Python
• Expertise in dimensional modeling and business-facing data products
