Description

You'll own Planet's intern and early talent program end-to-end and contribute to operational projects reshaping the hiring lifecycle. Ensure recruiting workflows run smoothly and fix issues before they escalate.

Requirements

• Experience in talent operations, recruiting coordination, or program management
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to design and document operational workflows
• Experience managing intern or early talent programs

Responsibilities

• Manage intern and early talent program end-to-end: requisition, coordination, onboarding, events, offboarding
• Serve as primary contact for hiring managers and interns throughout program lifecycle
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate intern recruiting timelines and ensure accurate offer processing
• Contribute to Talent Operations roadmap, owning projects like headcount approval workflow redesign
• Maintain and improve ATS (Greenhouse) workflows, configurations, and operational reporting
