💼 About This Role

You'll act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, defining and implementing processes and tools within Salesforce to simplify workflows. You'll focus on aligning people, processes, and tools with company priorities within the Operations Infrastructure team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to document and design workflows.
• Perform Salesforce administration and declarative development.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT testing and user demos.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field.
• 5+ years as Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with Salesforce administration and declarative development (Flows, Process Builder).

✨ Nice to Have

• Financial or payment industry experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Lean Six Sigma familiarity.
