💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building distributed systems that keep Cribl products reliable and scalable. Your work ensures large-scale deployments of Stream and Edge across hundreds of thousands of machines. You'll join a remote-first company at the forefront of telemetry infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers
• Champion technical excellence in design, code quality, and system robustness
• Drive cross-team initiatives from concept to completion
• Participate in on-call and off-hours duties as needed

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role as team lead or engineering manager
• Background in high-scale distributed systems such as data streaming or fleet management
• Proven experience leading distributed remote engineering teams in an Agile environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong experience in TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience building and deploying production SaaS software with observability and on-call responsibilities
