πΌ About This Role
You'll partner with business leaders across the OLIVER Group to drive people strategy and change. You'll use data and insights to inform decisions on employee relations, talent retention, and engagement. This role is embedded in the business, not your typical HR position.
π― What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with client groups to align business and people strategy
- Interpret people metrics to identify trends and support informed decisions
- Advise on employee relations matters including disciplinary and restructuring
- Lead retention and engagement initiatives from survey data
π Requirements
- ER expertise to independently run complex HR processes
- Commercial acumen to understand business drivers
- Experience working with international territories
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
